To begin, click the 'Windows Start menu',
select 'Settings', select
'Dial-up Networking'. |

Double click the 'Make New Connection' icon. |

A dialogue box will open which will welcome you to
the Network Connection Wizard, click 'next'. |

Select the second option 'I have an existing Internet
account', and click 'next'. |

Select option one on this screen, and click 'next'. |

Select 'Connect using my phone line', and
click 'next'. |

Select 'Create a new dial-up connection',
and click 'next'. |

Type in 0845 123 2000 into the 'Telephone
number' box (leave area code blank). Make sure that
the 'Use area code' and 'dialing rules'
box is unchecked, and click 'next'. |

Type in your 'username' (free) and your 'password'
(dialup) and click 'next'. |
To use your new Free-dialup.net connection, click the
Windows Start menu, select 'Settings', select
'Dial-up Networking' and double click the 'Free'
icon.
